The Indian visa fee depends on the type of visa being applied for and its duration. During the online application process and at the end of the process, the basic fee will be displayed. This fee is indicative only and final fee shall be charged when you submit the application at the respective counters.
Fee once paid is not refundable even if the Indian visa application is rejected, the application is withdrawn, or if the visa is issued for a shorter period of time than applied for.
