State the exact details of the type of roles and responsibilities you execute daily for your current organization to the immigration officer.

4. Can you name some of the clients that your company has acquired?

Name some of the clients that your company has acquired in recent years.

5. What is your monthly/yearly salary?

Mention the monthly/yearly salary provided by your current organization.

6. How many people are currently under your supervision in the company?

State the number along with the details of the people who are currently under your supervision in the company.

7. Why is the sponsor mentioned in the petition letter different from your current organization?

If the sponsor mentioned in the petition letter is different from your current organization, please give honest and logical reasons to the immigration officer as to why this is the case.

8. Why have you not changed your organization in more than 10 years ? Is there any particular reason?

If you have been working for more than 10 years in your current organization, you need to tell the immigration officer your reasons for staying at this company. Your logical reasons should make your company look good to the immigration officer and help the approval process. 

9. Have you gone through any training when you joined your current organization?

Answer the question accurately.

10. What type of work are you going to perform in the United States? What kind of work does your organization do ?

State the exact type of work your organization does in detail.

11. What kind of services do the clients receive from your company?

Tell the immigration officer the type of services that your clients receive from your company.

12. What is the exact location of the company you will be transferred to in the United States?

Answer this question with the town/city/state of the office to which you are being transferred to.

13. What is the nature of work that you will do on behalf of your company in the United States?

Tell the immigration officer all the details about your roles and responsibilities once you are transferred to the US office. 

14. What will be your compensation in the United States and will you receive it in dollars or any other currency?

Tell the immigration officer what compensation you will be receiving in the US and in which currency.

15. Why can’t the work be performed from the country where you presently live?

The immigration officer is trying to determine if it is necessary for you to go to the US to do this work. You must give reasons that demonstrate why it is absolutely necessary for you to work from the US, instead of where you are working from right now. 

16. Will your direct supervisor also be residing in the United States?

Tell the immigraton officer the appropriate answer.

17. Can you mention the details of the person who will be your primary contact in the United States?

Please give the  details of your primary contact  such as their name, residential address etc.

18. What will be your plan if you are out of work in the United States?

Tell the immigration officer your plan of action if you are unemployed during your  stay in the US.

19. Will you be working at your company’s office or at the location of the client?

Answer the question accordingly.

1. What will you have responsibility for under the US based role?

State all the responsibilities you will have under the US based role. 

2. How many employees will be reporting directly to you?

State the number of employees that will be reporting to you.

3. Will you have budget control?

State whether or not you will have budget control.

4. Will you have responsibility for recruiting and dismissing employees?

State whether or not you will be in a capacity to recruit and dismiss employees.

 5. When did you last hire an employee? When did you last fire an employee? What will the process be for you to hire or fire?

Answer the question honestly.

6. Who will you be report to ?

Give the name of the person you will be reporting to.
