  • India-UAE Agreement: India and UAE are optimistic about elevating bilateral trade to $100 Bn ahead of the target year 2030. India is UAE’s 2nd largest trading partner, with bilateral trade rising to $85 Bn in 2022-23.
  • Morningstar: FPI value in Indian equities reached $738 Bn in Dec-23, 13% QoQ surge driven by strong performance of domestic stock market
  • Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) market is projected to reach ~$22 Bn by 2028 driven by energy-efficient system adoption & increasing demand in residential, and commercial sectors
  • Seven companies went public this week via IPO, raising ₹363 Cr.

  • Centre launched Venture Capital Fund for Scheduled Tribes aiming to boost entrepreneurship among tribals. Beneficiaries can avail investments between ₹10L to ₹5Cr up to 10 years & concessional finance at 4% p.a.
  • 27 Indian startups collectively raised $162 Mn. Major allocation to Animal care products and fintech

  • India’s real estate sector is poised to hit $1 Tn by 2030, contributing 13% to the GDP by 2025. Residential property market reached a record $42 Bn, a robust 48% YoY increase in FY23.
  • SEBI: Indian MSM REITs provide investors to participate in the commercial real estate market with Min. asset size of ₹25 Cr. Min. ticket size of ₹10L provides accessibility to retail investors.
