Sugar:- The Sugar Plant was first set up in 1956 at Chelluru, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh with an initial capacity of 800 TCD. The Sugar Unit went into production during 1959-60 sugar season. The capacity has since been increased in stages to 5,000 TCD. Sugar is marketed mainly to the soft drinks beverage industry and to other consumers in various parts of the country.

The current grades of sugar manufactured by the company: S – 30 : Sugar having crystal size of 600 microns known as Small (S) grade sugar and the colour of sugar is around 55 ICUMSA.M – 30 : Sugar having crystal size of 1100 microns known as Medium (M) grade sugar and the colour of sugar is around 75 ICUMSA.

Distillery:- Rectified Spirit (RS)- Rectified Spirit is derived from fermentation and distillation process of sugar cane molasses with Multi-Pressure Distillation and it contains 95% alcohol (Min). Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA)- Extra Neutral Alcohol is derived from Rectified spirit, which in turn is derived from fermentation and distillation process of sugar cane molasses and it contains 96% (Min) pure alcohol concentration. Ethanol- Ethanol is derived from Rectified spirit, which in turn is derived from fermentation and distillation process of sugar cane molasses and it contains 99.8 % (Min.) alcohol concentration using Molecular-sieve dehydration technology.

Power Generation:- 70 TPH BOILER- The 70 TPH Boiler is a Bi-Drum, Travelling Grate High Pressure Boiler with outlet steam parameters 66 Kg/cm² pressure and 480°C temperature. It is a Multi Fuel Boiler using Bagasse and Coal as the main fuel. Fuel such as cane trash can also be used up to 5% of the total fuel.  10 TPH Boiler- The 10 TPH Boiler is a Bi-Drum, Dumping Grate boiler with outlet steam parameters of 44 Kg/cm² pressure and 420°C temperature. The boiler uses bagasse and methane gas as fuels.  12.65 MW Steam Turbo Generator Set- The Inlet Steam parameters of the 12.65 MW Turbine are 64 Kg/cm² pressure and 480°C temperature. The 12.65 MW Turbine is an Extraction Cum Condensing type Multistage Turbine.  4 MW Steam Turbine- The inlet steam parameters of the 4 MW T.G set are 14 Kg/cm² pressure and 270°C temperature. It can be upgraded to 42 Kg/cm² pressure and 420°C temperature steam condi-tions. The 4 MW turbine is a Back Pressure Turbine. 

1 MW Steam Turbine- The 1 MW T.G set is Back Pressure Turbine with Inlet Steam conditions 42 Kg/cm² pressure and 420°C temperature.

Beverages:- Carbonated, Non-Carbonated, Kinley Soda & water, Georgia Tea & Coffee.
